The Pittsburgh Steelers can be called successful despite the problems the teams have faced throughout the season. Amid suffering offensive struggles throughout this regular season, the team is still having a winning record. In their 13 games, the Steelers have won seven and lost six. They are presently standing in the third position in the AFC North Division.
Nonetheless, the team has recently found its feet stuck in a newly emerged crisis. Like Matt Canada, this is again an inside problem that is causing a new headache to the team management. The increasing dissatisfaction of the team’s disgruntled star WR George Pickens is causing a lot of problems for the balance of the team.

The growing frustration of the WR was evident in the game against the New England Patriots. The Steelers lost the game and out of his agony; the WR lashed out at one of his teammates on the sideline.
A video that captured the entire moment went viral. Netizens also reacted negatively. For them, it was not something new. They pointed out that Pickens did provide his best efforts in a couple of games. Against the Patriots, it reached its peak. The WR only covered 19 yards for five receptions. A horrible performance that resulted in a frustrating defeat for the Steelers fans.
In the game, HC Mike Tomlin was spotted discussing things with the WR. It seemed that things were not in proper control. A few days later, the HC opened himself up about the growing discomfort. He did not shy away from admitting that the ‘Pickens problem’ is causing them a lot of trouble.
Mike Tomlin indirectly hints George Pickens needs to be more mature
A frustrated George Pickens is brewing trouble for the Steelers. Answering the media on Tuesday, the HC said that the rising dissatisfaction has been causing problems for the team.

“It’s a problem because it’s not solution-oriented--You know we are all frustrated, but we got to manage our frustrations in a professional, mature way. When it’s not done that way, it’s not necessarily pushing us to solutions.
The Steelers have been suffering a lot of insider problems since the beginning of the season. The case with OC Matt Canada also reflected that not everyone was happy with him inside the team. The same can happen with George Pickens if he doesn’t mend his ways.
