Titans’ ‘utterly disrespect’ OT Taylor Lewan by dumping his belongings on the front porch in garbage bags following his release

Taylor Lewan was part of the Tennessee Titans for numerous years now. Unfortunately, the 31 year old OT had to part ways with his team as he was released after the 2022 season ended. During his tenure with the Titans, Lewan registered himself in 3 Pro-Bowls by playing exceptionally for his team.
However, it didn’t have any effect on the Titans as he was released in a brutal way. Lewan was part of the Titans organization for 9 years and was going strong until he encountered various injuries in the last few seasons. He was part of only 2 games in the previous season. NFL is a brutal league and if a players isn’t performing then he’ll be shown the door immediately.
That’s what happened with Lewan. His belongings from the Titans locker room were wrapped in a garbage bag and dumped on his front porch by the teams management.
The 31 year old OT was clearly dissatisfied by the Titans and decided to take his woes on Twitter. “Shout out to the @Titans dropping my stuff off today. They even let me keep the shoulder pads,” Lewan tweeted, alongside a photo of the garbage bags containing his belongings.
The social media post by Taylor Lewan gained a lot of traction and many took notice of the unfair behaviour towards the OT by the Titans. The Titans were disrespectful towards a long serving employee of theirs.

Taylor Lewan will try his luck in free agency
The free agency is a big marketplace for all the free agents who are released by various teams in the NFL due to various reasons. Taylor Lewan is now one of them and will be looking to try his luck.
There are many teams in the league currently who require a decent defensive tackle. However, Lewan has his own preferences as he recenlty pointed out in a podcast called ‘bussin with the boys’.
The 31 year old OT wants to stay away from all the AFC South teams, that includes the Texans, Jaguars and the Colts. However, there’s a certain team that has grabbed the attention of Lewan.
“I would not go play for an AFC South team,” Lewan said on an episode of his “Bussin’ with the Boys” podcast. “I know the Bengals need a left tackle,”
The Bengals were a part of the AFC championship game last season and gave the Chiefs a run for their money. Taylor Lewan to the Bengals sounds like a great deal that can maybe benefit both the teams.
