Tom Brady is not having a good year until now, professionally and personally. It looks like all the major aspects of his life have taken a turn for the worse. Brady’s long-time marriage with Gisele is failing and the Bucs have also lost two games in a row.

Recently Tom Brady was asked about 2-2 parity in the NFL currently, to which the Bucs QB replied that there’s a lot of bad quality football being played right now. Though he was not completely wrong, many people believe that Tom Brady is part of that ‘bad football’ and one of them is Shannon Sharpe.

Sharpe was brutal in the criticism of Tom Brady and didn’t hold back, as it’s not every time you get to criticize the GOAT of football. Sharpe stated that Brady was right about the bad quality of football being played. The best example of this can be the recent Colts-Broncos scrappy game. Shannon Sharpe believes that this can be the reason Brady is playing bad football currently. “I’m not breaking any news. I think some of the issues that Tom is dealing with in his personal life has crept into his professional life, and it’s impacted him.” Shannon Sharpe stated.

“Anybody that doesn’t think what is going on off the field is not impacting the way Brady is playing and behaving on the field, is sadly mistaken.”

Tom Brady and the Bucs will face the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth game of the NFL season as they lead the division with a 2-2 record. Brady is struggling now, but there’s a reason the GOAT is called the ‘comeback king’. Tom Brady will surely bounce back stronger and challenge for that indispensable 8th Super Bowl ring.
