“That’s why I’m here now so that I can play them twice a year”, Za’Darius Smith Vows REVENGE Against The Green Bay Packers
It is said that vengeance is best served when cold and Za’Darius Smith is hot on the hunt for some well-prepped revenge and he is willing to go to the end of the world to get himself that. In an explosive chain of NFL stars where the game itself allows you to spear someone a thousand feet under into the hallowed gridiron, expecting someone to go easy on is just as naïve as it can be.
The Green Bay Packers finally called it a divorce with Smith and the Minnesota Vikings wasted no time whatsoever to land this big man and the latter announced that he was going for the jugular. Guess what, to make this an even sweeter dream it would be the Minnesota Vikings versus the Green Bay Packers at the US Bank Stadium in the curtain raiser of the latest edition of the tournament.

Here is what Za’Darius Smith had to say about joining the Minnesota Vikings
Smith wasn’t extremely happy about the fact that things were not going according to plan at the Packers and decided to carry on despite an unhappy season. In a recent interview, he opened up about how important it is for him to take on his former team as he is longing for vengeance.

Talking about the ill-treatment, he quoted, “I played one year of high school football. For me to be where I’m at today, that’s how you know I love the game. I put my all into it. That’s why I felt the way I did with Green Bay — I gave that shit my all. I put my blood, sweat… I put my back on the f–king line. I put everything. And that Year 3, I was treated bad. That’s why I’m here now. So, I can play them twice a year.”
The game has already proven to be quite the blood spiller and if a couple of ribs shatter more, no one would even bother to bat an eye. Especially when we talk about revenge games, Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings are experts at this rare art and the episode of Za’Darius Smith would be the latest on a long-lost chain of rivalries.
