After spending 18 years with the Green Bay Packers, Aaron Rodgers has switched sides. This season, the superstar QB will be seen in the New York Jets‘ jersey. He will be playing under the tactical guidance of the Jets head coach Robert Saleh. The Packers’ fans have to associate themselves with their new QB Jordan Love

Aaron Rodgers’ present situation is quite similar to Tom Brady, who, after spending 20 years with the New England Patriots, jumped to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After spending three years at Tampa Bay, he finally said goodbye to his NFL career and presently is prepping himself for life as a football analyst.

Ahead of the NFL 2023 season, Brady has a special message for Rodgers. The 7 time Super Bowl winner wished him luck and also said that Rodgers will have a great season on the recent episode of the Let’s Go! podcast

Because sometimes the tough lessons always remain unless you work through ’em, you know? So it’s like you go through a lot of years at one place and there’s a lot of, I would say, mental scar tissue, from losses or relationships or certain experiences. Oh, this guy had said this once, or that teammate, or this coach or that general manager,” he added.

He did not stop here. He has shown confidence that Rodgers would do his best to achieve success at the Jets. “And I’m excited for him. He’ll be invigorated. Looks like he’s having a good time up to this year. I know he has been engaged in the offseason, which is always great, and really trying to connect with his teammates. So I’m excited to see what he does.”

The former Patriots legend also had a few encouraging words for the Jets.“They have a really good team. They have a really good offense. And, you know, Aaron’s been, when he’s got good receivers, man, it’s pretty dangerous. I think he’s gonna have a great year,” Brady declared, adding his two cents on Rodgers’ skills and what he is capable of doing.

Last year, Aaron Rodgers delivered a performance that, when viewed through the lens of his remarkable career standards, could only be described as below par. He amassed a total of 3,695 passing yards, which, for a quarterback of his caliber, seemed notably lacking. His passing completion rate, while still respectable at 64.6%, fell short of the precision he had previously displayed.

In the touchdown-to-interception ratio, Rodgers managed to record 26 touchdowns, which is undoubtedly a solid number, but it was marred by the 12 interceptions, making it his second-worst season for that stat.

As for the New York Jets, their NFL campaign opener against the Buffalo Bills looms large, and it remains to be seen whether Rodgers’ performance will improve to meet his usual standards or if his recent form will persist. Fans are apprehensive, hoping for a resurgence, but the uncertainty lingers as the season approaches.
