Tommy DeVito‘s parents, Tom and Alexandra DeVito, have become equally famous as the rookie quarterback himself. Being a Big Apple native, they never miss the chance to cover the short trip to watch their boy play, and on Monday night, they were joined by Tommy’s agent, Sean P. Stellato.

DeVito’s proud Italian heritage has given birth to the moniker “The Passing Paisano.” After going undrafted in 2023, the New York Giants picked the 25-year-old up; they later waived him before the season began but signed him back this time to the practice squad.

There was minimal possibility of him making any appearance this season, but injuries to both starting QB Daniel Jones and veteran Tyrod Taylor cleared the path. Since then, DeVito has helped the Giants win against the likes of the Washington Commanders and the New England Patriots. He was looking to make it three in three.

Things looked a bit dicey on Monday night, as in the third quarter vs. the Green Bay Packers, the Giants were trailing by 3 points. They reached the red zone in Packers territory. DeVito took a short snap from his center and handed the ball over to running back Saquon Barkley, who then secured his second touchdown of the game.

As the home team went ahead, Tommy DeVito’s dad Tom could be seen giving a smooch on the cheeks of Stellato, who returned the favor.

There have been a number of celebrity faces to grace several football games this season. From WWE stars Liv Morgan and Goldberg to Olympic gold winner Simone Biles, they all showed love for their favorite teams. Yet neither of them comes close to the level of stardom that Taylor Swift brings to the table.

Swift has been dating Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce since August. The 12-time Grammy winner, between her ERAS Tour, pops by Arrowhead to support her man on matchdays. However, seeing the love and enthusiasm of the DeVito family, social media firmly believes they are the real celebrities.

The DeVitos even brought their famous cutlets to share with the Giants fans to enjoy. They set up a stall near the tailgate, where more than 300 people showed up to eat Mama DeVito’s fried cutlets.

With the win over the Packers, the Blue Half of New York still has a chance of playing postseason football. They need to win every single game from here on out, but it will be challenging. Their uphill task starts with a trip to the Mercedes-Benz Super Dome to face the New Orleans Saints. After that, they will play the Los Angeles Rams and the Philadelphia Eagles twice.
