As time went by, more and more facts about the incident started emerging. As reported by New York Post a little while back, a local resident named Chris Stanley had revealed shocking details about the incident.

Dwayne was about halfway, to a quarter way in the right lane, already onto the highway and I was already concerned that somebody was going to strike him right there at that moment,” Chris had stated and now, another report regarding the case has surfaced that has raised a few eyebrows.

As reported by USA Today, a toxicology report has revealed that Dwayne was actually intoxicated at the time of the accident. The report went on to say that Haskins had a blood-alcohol concentration of at least 0.20%, more than double of what has been set as the legal limit in Florida.

Another investigation report claimed that the night prior to his death, Dwayne consumed a lot of alcohol at a club. “They (Dwayne and his friend) drank heavily and at some point, they got into a fight, separating,” the report states. Moreover, it was reported that traces of ketamine were found in Dwayne’s urine but no drugs were found in his blood.
