If there’s ever an award for being the best boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is surely on his way to winning that. As a certain amount of people booed Taylor Swift when she came to support him for the game against the New England Patriots, Kelce didn’t like it at all and defended his lady love.

Last Sunday’s game between the Chiefs and Patriots had many elements to remember. But most of all, when the camera showed the pop sensation, Swift, the whole Gillette stadium went wild to see her.

Their scream was so loud that it became quite tough for the tight end to control his emotions and not “show [his] cards.” In a recent episode of his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce, the Chiefs tight end had nothing but to discuss the Swift at the Gillette stadium.

And in doing so, Kelce also brought up the whole scene where some people at the stadium booed at the 12-Grammy winner. He acknowledged those “Brads and Chads” present at the stadium who tried booing Swift but “for the most part everybody was f**king screaming their tail off for her.“

It was quite interesting that Swift’s fans are in such a prominent number that those who try to defame her seem petty and tiny. The star tight end added:

I was trying to keep it cool. I was like, "Don't show your cards. Don't show your cards.' It was fun.

Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ready to tie the knot?

As the fairytale love story of Swift and Kelce becomes more ignited with romance, fans speculate wedding bells in the near future. Although the couple have been together for the past few months only, their understanding and love for each other seem admirable.

As Page Six reported, the love birds would soon move to the next stage of their relationship, which is engagement anytime in the near future. A source close to the tight end shared that Kelce has built up a sweet bond with Swift’s father, who also came down to cheer him at Gillette stadium.

All signs do indicate there might be something similar to that cooking between the gorgeous couple. But as for now, these are just speculations.
