Travis Kelce was ecstatic after winning his 2nd Super Bowl with the Chiefs and this one was way more special than before. This time, the Chiefs were looked down upon heavily and were always out of favor by many NFL analysts.

Regardless, the Chiefs were resilient and won the Super Bowl to everyone else’s surprise. Kelce celebrated the moment and also remembered all the people who counted them out in their quest for glory.

Now Kelce turned his attention towards former NFL athlete Bart Scott. The analyst stated that the Chiefs won’t make the playoffs at all, let alone win the Super Bowl. He thought that the team is getting comfortable now and with the departure of Tyreek Hill, things are bound to get difficult for them.

However, the Chiefs won the Super Bowl despite everything and now it was time for Kelce to hit back at Scott for his comments during the championship parade.

“The haters were saying the Chiefs would never make the playoffs.” Travis Kelce stated during the Chiefs’ championship parade. The Chiefs TE also took the name of Bart Scott while saying the above mentioned quote.

The Chiefs had a great season this year and were already considered Super Bowl contenders before the season even started. Bart Scott was an exception who thought otherwise.

The Chiefs boast a great squad with the likes of Patrick Mahomes, currently the best player in the NFL. They also have Andy Reid at the helm of things and he is known to be a tactical mastermind.

Therefore, the comments by Travis Kelce weren’t accepted well on social media as everyone corrected him and called him out for being the unnecessary underdog.

Kelce is always known to be vocal about his beliefs and has been outspoken on various occasions. This trait also makes him one of the most famous players in the NFL. However, one should always be aware of what to speak as many people would majorly disagree with your statement and that’s exactly what happened during the championship parade.
