The Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce might be countries apart from his girlfriend Taylor Swift, but he never fails to show appreciation toward his girlfriend. Recently, Travis was spotted wearing Swift-inspired friendship bracelets at his brother Jason Kelce‘s retirement press conference.
On Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles center, Jason, announced his retirement from the sport following a 13-year-long illustrious career. He conducted a press conference to announce his decision. Jason’s family, including younger brother Travis Kelce, attended the emotional event.
In the event, Travis was spotted wearing two friendship bracelets to give a nod to his girlfriend Swift. Travis wore a bracelet that spelled out “T ❤️ T,” which the fans believe is meant to mean Travis loves Taylor or vice versa. The sentimental bracelet was made of brown, black, and gold beads and looked similar to the $6000 “TNT” diamond bracelet he gifted to Swift in the past.
He also wore another bracelet, but it’s unclear what that one spelled out. It seemingly started with a “Travis Kelce with A… ” but that’s everything visible in the pictures. Maybe Travis will spill the beans on it in the upcoming episode of The New Heights podcast.
Travis wore a color-blocked button-down shirt and was seated in the front along with his parents, Ed and Donna Kelce, and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce. He was seen very emotional during the press conference as Jason went through the special moments of his career.
Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift is a long distance away from him as she is currently busy with the International leg of her Eras Tour concert. She is currently doing shows in Singapore.
Jason Kelce shared his love for Travis during the press meet
During the emotional press conference on Monday, Jason Kelce shared a lot of interesting stories from his career. He also shared about his special bond with brother Travis in an emotional moment.
It was really my brother and I our whole lives. We did almost everything together — competed, fought, laughed, cried and learned from each other. We invented games, imagine ourselves as star players of that time. We envisioned making winning plays day after day. We won countless Super Bowls in our minds before ever leaving the house. And when we weren’t playing we were at the other one’s games.Jason Kelce said
Jason played 13 seasons in the league, all for the same team. During his tenure, he registered 7 Pro Bowl seasons and was named to the first-team All-Pro squad 6-times. He will be eligible for the Hall of Fame in 5 years and he is expected to be one of the few centers to become a first-ballot Hall of Famer.
