This time around though, Detroit Lions‘ Jamaal Williams is desperate to turn things around for his side and is leaving no stone to get the best results from his teammates in the upcoming NFL season. The running back made a passionate urge to his teammates leading up to their preseason fixtures.
Jamaal Williams’ passionate message to his teammates garnered praise from the fans

Jamaal Williams urged his teammates not to give up and that he keeps constantly thinking about the unwanted record held by the franchise, which he is desperate to get rid of in the next season.
Jamaal Williams said, “I wanna let y’all know, man. Today is the minimum of effort. Do not give up. Do not feel like you tired. When you tired, think of last year and think of that [expletive] record. Every time I get tired or when I think I can’t go anymore, I think of that [expletive] record!”
He finished off his speech by saying,“Last year wasn’t it! That ain’t us! We can make it! Have some heart! I get emotional about this I’m about to cry because I care about y’all. Do your best! Let’s go! Lions on three. 1-2-3, Lions!”
