The Eagles are probably the best team in the league currently as the Philadelphia-based team has just lost one game out of the 10 games they have played this season.
It was predicted that the Eagles would bag a comfortable win over the Colts this week. Although they won, it was ultimately a close game that came down to a one-point gap that gave them the victory.
HC Nick Sirianni was excited after the win and decided to celebrate with the fans in the stands. Sirianni showed passion and drive while celebrating in an animated way.
“I’m emotional because I love Frank Reich,” Sirianni told reporters after the 17-16 victory. “He’s one of the best damn football coaches I’ve ever been around. I was hoping he and I would be able to coach against each other in this game.”
Reich was fired by the Colts in November due to a disappointing start to their season. Sirianni had served as an offensive coordinator at the Colts under Reich’s reign.
Though Sirianni had every reason to celebrate, some people didn’t like it and pointed it out on Twitter. According to most people, the Eagles HC shouldn’t have celebrated this way as it was not a must-win game.

NFL Twitter split over Eagles HC Nick Sirianni’s celebration
Eagles HC Nick Sirianni was emotional after the game as he had lots of memories from his time with the Colts. Now the regime has changed as Jeff Saturday is hired as the new Colts interim HC.
“I spent a lot of time here. One of my children was born here,” Sirianni said. “It was sweet to come here, especially with what happened with this organization the last couple weeks, and get the win. A win! Leave Indianapolis. With. A. Win.”
NFL Twitter was divided over Nick Sirianni’s celebration, while some liked it as it displayed passion and hunger for the win, others hated it and made fun of the HC for celebrating against the winning team.
The Eagles are on a great run this season and will be challenging for the Super Bowl if everything goes right for them. They will face off against the struggling Packers in their next game of the season.
