Although the kid has not been named, his mother Avelina Santiago has asked the school to take strict disciplinary action against the offenders. The police are also currently involved in the investigation.
Amidst all of this Dallas Cowboys linebacker, Micah Parsons has received great applause from the public for supporting the child. Micah Parsons took to Twitter and requested people to help him find the bullied child so that he can help him with the caption – “Can someone find him for me?” Fans of all NFL teams have come forward and heaped praise on Micah Parsons for showing concern.
“Arvin High School administration is aware of a video circulating on social media. The behavior exhibited in the video is clearly unacceptable, and we do not condone bullying of any kind. When students breach the boundaries of acceptable behavior, they will be held accountable for their actions, and the school will provide support to any affected student. The incident is being thoroughly investigated, and appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken,” the school said in an official statement.
“The parents should see the type of kids they are raising. Other times they are telling him things and also hitting him in the stomach, apparently conducing him for someone else. But we both know that you can’t just go up to someone and hit them in the stomach and say, ‘I was confused of who it was,” said the boy’s aunt Abe Santiago.
