Keyshawn Johnson has stirred up the internet again with his comments. The former player made an intriguing claim that, between Joe Burrow and Dak Prescott, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback is an all-around better player. This has sparked Twitter outrage from Cincinnati Bengals fans.
It’s no surprise that they are angry over the remarks from Johnson, as Burrow has been pretty prolific for the Bengals since he joined the squad. He led them to the AFC Championship game last season, beating Josh Allen‘s Buffalo Bills.
In the meantime, the Prescott-led Cowboys fell short in the same stage at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers. If one goes by stats from recent games and overall, the Bengals star clearly seems to have the upper hand, as USA Today’s Jarrett Bailey mentions in his Twitter post:

After Johnson’s comments went viral, Bengals fans were outraged by the fact that the former Cowboys player picked Prescott just because he plays for the same team. Some of them were quick to point out that Burrow has had a better career compared to Prescott. Not just the Bengals supporters, but some Cowboys fans said that Burrow is better than Prescott. Some even went as far as saying this outlandish claim is based on racism.
The majority of the people believe that Burrow is better than Prescott.
A lot of them were quick to point out the stupidity of the comment saying that Keyshawn has very low credibility

Burrow can’t seem to catch a break recently with all the contract talks going on. Various outlets report that he will become the highest-paid player in the NFL, surpassing Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, who will earn a whopping $52 million a year from coming season.
When comparing quarterbacks, one must analyze their stats and performances. Joe Burrow has reached two AFC championship games and one Super Bowl, while Dak Prescott has never advanced to a single NFC championship game.
Moreover, Dak Prescott has thrown 166 career touchdowns and 65 interceptions, which is a respectable ratio. However, Joe Burrow edges ahead with 82 touchdowns and a mere 31 interceptions, showcasing a slightly better performance in this regard. It’s worth noting that Dak’s results were influenced by his difficult season last year, in which he threw 17 interceptions. Additionally, the Bengals star boasts a higher passer rating of 100.4 compared to Prescott’s rating.
Even Prescott himself came under fire from Stephen A. Smith. The host of the popular ESPN First Take said the QB’s statements should be taken lightly about the changes in the team’s offensive caller. The Cowboys replaced their offensive coordinator, Kellen Moore, who moved on to the Los Angeles Chargers with coach Mike McCarthy.
