The Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is having a historical season with his franchise. He is looking to become the first receiver to register more than 2,000 receiving yards in a single season.

However, he also has a bigger price in his mind, which is winning the Super Bowl with his team in the ongoing season. He believes the Dolphins have what it takes to win the title, since they have a better team than the 2019 Super Bowl Champions, Kansas City Chiefs.

The Pro Bowl pass catcher recently joined CBS Sports to talk about his team’s Super Bowl preparations. During the episode, he was asked whether he believes the Dolphins could be the team holding up the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the 2023 season. Hill confidently replied that they have the team to get it done.

Furthermore, he went on to imply that he has never been part of a team before, where they played this hard for one another. In fact, Hill boldly claimed that the 2023 Dolphins have a better group of players than the 2019 Super Bowl-winning Chiefs, which Hill was a part of.

I won a Super Bowl and I feel like this is probably the better team than when we won a Super Bowl back when I was on KC.

Heading into week 13, the Dolphins currently have a solid record of 8 wins and 3 losses and are sitting at the top of the AFC East division. They will look to win their remaining matches and win the division title for the first time since 2008.

The Dolphins’ speedy wide receiver Tyreek Hill entered the game with a goal to break the single-season receiving yards record. Even though it seemed impossible at the time, Hill has managed to keep his goal alive through the first 12 weeks.

In the first 11 games, he has registered 1,324 receiving yards and 10 receiving touchdowns. He is on pace to catch 136 passes for a league-record 2,046 yards and 15 TDs.

Hill will look to continue his quest to etch his name in history by becoming the first player to register 2000-plus receiving yards. Next, the Dolphins are scheduled to face the struggling Washington Commanders in their week 13 matchup.
