While there is still some time before the action starts in the NFL, tennis fans are enjoying some of the most incredible matches at the moment. Wimbledon 2022 is on and and day after day, fans are treated with high-octane top-class action.

In one of the most entertaining encounters this year, unseeded Nick Kyrgios defeated fourth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas in the third round in the grass court grand slam and as the world knows, when Kyrgios is involved, entertainment is guaranteed. Nick pulled an underarm serve during the contest which perplexed Stefanos.

The video of the serve was uploaded by SportsCenter on Twitter and as expected, it attracted a lot of reactions. However, one Seattle Seahawks fan had something else in his mind. He commented “not a sport” on the video and needless to say, it didn’t go down well with a lot of tennis fans.

Replying to the Seahawks fan’s Tweet, US Open’s official Twitter handle decided to up their savage quotient. “Not a sport says the person about to watch 17 games of Drew Lock at QB,” they wrote and in no time, Twitteratis went into a frenzy. Here are some of the reactions.

People are still in disbelief because to be honest, if someone had said a day ago that over a fan’s Tweet, Seahawks’ Drew Lock will get brutally trolled by US Open’s official Twitter account than no one would have taken that person seriously. As it turns out, DK Metcalf had to jump into the conversation to calm things down. “Aight Chill we get the point US Open,” DK wrote on Twitter.

Surely, this will go down as one of the craziest Twitter exchanges of all time involving a handle as big as the US Open. It will be interesting to see if more of such Twitter exchanges become a norm in the future.
