NFL Playoffs: When has the Buffalo Bills vs Pittsburgh Steelers wildcard game been postponed to and where will it be played?

It is official, the NFL Wild Card round matchup between the Buffalo Bills and the Pittsburgh Steelers owing to inclement weather conditions. New York Governor Kathy Hochul who is in Buffalo provided updates on the weather and the winter storm forecast for Western New York, she announced the postponement of the game at a presser where state and local officials including Buffalo’s Mayor Byron Brown were present.
The game was originally scheduled to take place on Sunday but now it will be played on Monday at 4:30 PM ET. That is the 15th of January. It will be played at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. A massive storm is set to hit the city tomorrow and will bring heavy snowfall, high winds, and extreme temperatures in the region. It will not be possible to conduct the game as it risks the safety of fans and it will not be possible to play due to the winds and continuous snowfall.
This comes after consultation with the NFL. Hochul said:
The NFL has agreed with our assessment that we need to postpone tomorrow's playoff game until 4:00 PM Monday afternoon. It will continue to be played at Highmark field right in Orchard Park. It's all part of our critical efforts to keep New Yorkers, motorists, and fans safe from this wildly unpredictable storm.Kathy Hochul told the media

In consultation with our emergency response teams, @BuffaloBills leadership, and the NFL, the Bills game will be postponed to 4:30 pm Monday.

This is the first time in NFL history that a playoff game is being postponed
The Governor issued a State of Emergency on Friday owing to the weather. The National Guard has been activated and its members will be assisting people throughout Western New York. This marks the first time in NFL history that an NFL playoff game has been postponed. Before, the Steelers and Chiefs matchup back in 2017 was delayed by a few hours owing to an ice storm.
The NFL has been closely monitoring the situation in Buffalo, on Friday night, spokesman for the league Brian McCarthy told Pro Football Talk that the Bills-Steelers game would take place as scheduled, however, he did mention that the weather conditions could compel the league to make some changes. He said:
We have stayed in close contact with Governor Hochul’s office regarding conditions, and our focus, as always, will remain on public safety.

The weather will play spoilsport in the game between the Miami Dolphins and the Kansas City Chiefs as well. Temperatures are expected to dip to sub-zero levels but this will not lead to the NFL postponing the same. It is expected to take place as scheduled on Saturday.
