Only one final game remains of the current 2022/23 season, and it’s the biggest of them all. The Super Bowl LVII will feature the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles on the 12th of February.

One of the biggest pop stars of this generation, Barbadian singer Rihanna, is all set to come out of her extended hiatus, with an expected power-packed performance in the Super Bowl 2023 Half time show. The biggest attraction of the Half Time show would be the fact that Rhianna has agreed to do a public event after 2017.

For a star like Rihanna too, the Super Bowl Half time show is one of the best places to perform in the country. The Barbadian singer will have to make the best of the total of 13 minutes allotted to her, during which the football will take a momentary backstage.

Rihanna admitted that choosing songs for the Half-Time show was one of the toughest decisions she has made

The 9-time Grammy award winner, however, is still yet to decide on the songs which she will be singing at the event. According to FanDuel, ‘Dont stop the Music’ will in all probability be on top of the priority list.

“That was the hardest, hardest part — deciding how to maximize 13 minutes but also celebrate. That’s what this show’s gonna be. It’s gonna be a celebration of my catalogue in the best way that we could have put it together. You’re trying to cram 17 years of work into 13 minutes … but I think we did a pretty good job of narrowing it down,” Rihanna explained, according to Billboard.

“There were probably about 39 version of the setlist right now. We’re on our 39th. Every little change counts, whether I want a guitar cut out, something muted, something added or just put in a whole new song, or take out a whole song.”

The expectation is extremely high for Rihanna to deliver one of the best Half Time shows of the Super Bowl in recent times, and now it only remains to be seen whether the Barbadian is able to live up to the expectations.
