The NFL players association released its first-ever report card on all 32 teams on Wednesday. The NFLPA survey got responses from nearly 1300 players which helped the association to evaluate the franchise’s treatment of players and their families. The union president JC Tretter believes this survey will help players to choose their teams wisely during free agency.

The first-ever NFLPA survey revealed some of the alarming things the franchises do. From Arizona Cardinals charging their players for food to Jacksonville Jaguars facing rat infection in the 2023 season, the report revealed that the clubs still have a long way to go in treating their players the right way. But out of 32 teams, which team got the best grades? The answer to that question is the Minnesota Vikings.

The AFC North Champions who lost to the NY Giants in the wildcard game ranked No.1 in the NFLPA survey. The survey was divided into 8 categories and the Vikings got an A+ grade in four of those categories including training staff and locker room. Furthermore, the Minnesota-based franchise got an A- grade in food service and nutrition and they got an A grade in the remaining three categories including treatment of families and team travel.

The Vikings were the only franchise to receive straight A’s in the NFLPA report card which led them to rank at No.1 among 32 teams. Furthermore, they were followed by the Miami Dolphins and the Las Vegas Raiders who were ranked at No.2 and No.3 respectively.

Apart from the Vikings getting straight A’s there are plenty of teams that got abysmal grades in the NFLPA survey. Most notably, the Washington Commanders ranked as the dead last of the 32 NFL teams.

Moreover, the Commanders got F minuses in the training room, team travel, and locker room facilities. They also received F for the treatment of players’ families. Besides, the survey found out that three teams including the New Orleans Saints and the Bengals don’t provide dinner for the players.

Also, the Cincinnati Bengals were found to be the only team that doesn’t provide supplements to the athletes. The Cincinnati-based football team ranked at No.27 in the survey.

Interestingly, the last three Super Bowl Champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (N0. 26), the Kansas City Chiefs (No.29), and the LA Rams (No.25) all came at the very bottom of the ranking.
