“Best QB in football”: Nick Wright makes bold claim about Joe Burrow ahead of Super Bowl

Nick Wright and Joe Burrow
What a season this has been for Joe Burrow. Whenever the Cincinnati Bengals needed him to perform, he was able to deliver. Even under extreme pressure, the team from Cincinnati was able to win games after games and a lot of credit for it has to go to mighty Joe.
Needless to say, the Bengals would be high on confidence at this point as even after losing the coin toss in OT against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Conference Championship Final, they were able to defeat them. The self-belief instilled in the side by Burrow has acted as a major catalyst in their success.
“He’s had the best statistical season ever”: Nick Wright praises Joe Burrow

A lot of people have already started calling Burrow the future of the NFL as he did what nobody expected him to do this season. Talking about him, Colin Cowherd and Nick Wright made a few interesting points. Colin asked Nick, “Burrow is 2-0 against Patrick Mahomes and if does win, what do we call Burrow?“
In reply, Nick, who is a big Patrick Mahomes admirer, admitted that if Burrow succeeds in guiding his side to the ultimate glory, he would have earned the right to call himself the best in the business. “If he wins, he gets to say he’s the best QB in football,” Nick stated.
“Look at Joe Burrow’s football life in the last few years, undefeated College football champion, Heisman trophy, best statistical season ever, then injury, then Super Bowl champion, and en route to winning the Super Bowl yo go 2-0 against the best quarterback in football Patrick Mahomes, then you get to be the best quarterback in football. That would be fair,” he added.
Burrow has been so good this season that it has become increasingly difficult, even for his critics to find fault in his gameplay and tactics. It will be interesting to see if the champion player can upset the Rams at the Super Bowl.
