“Where is this heading?” NFL records highest number of COVID positive cases in one day
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a disastrous impact on global sports. Games were re-scheduled, right from the owners to the sponsors had to bear hefty losses. Moreover, after the Delta variant started wreaking havoc across the world, a lot of people were starting to lose hope.
Moreover, sports fans were also dejected and disappointed with numerous restrictions which were put into place. However, things started getting back on track when the vaccines came in and the impact of the Delta variant started reducing. Sports activities started gaining pace yet again, but it seems like we might find ourselves trapped in the same puzzle yet again.

The number of people testing positive for Covid-19 among NFL is also increasing day by day. Senior ESPN and NFL Insider Adam Schefter, citing league sources, tweeted that the NFL had 37 total positive COVID tests in just one day on December 13.
Adam once again took to Twitter and wrote, “Today was the NFL’s highest number of player positives since Covid began.” With the scare of the new Covid-19 variant named ‘Omicron’ making health experts and governments around the world very anxious, it is indeed a cause for concern that so many people within the NFL are testing positive.
The world knows what happened in the Aaron Rodgers case. His vaccine lie prompted a huge debate with many experts and fans criticizing him with all their might. Moreover, we also had cases of fake vaccine certificates being submitted by top players. With more people than ever testing positive for the deadly virus, it will be interesting to see how the authorities move forward.
