“One was accidental and the other…” Dallas Cowboys’ ex-VP Rich Dalrymple clarifies stance on Upskirt photos allegations from cheerleaders

The Dallas Cowboys’ former senior vice President, Rich Dalrymple is trying hard to get himself out of the quagmire he currently finds himself into. The recently retired man continues to maintain that he did not film the cheerleaders while they were changing in an incident that dates way back to 2015.
The Cowboys finished their internal investigation and said that they did not find Rich Dalrymple guilty of taking upskirt photos which were the allegations made against him. The franchise did admit to the fact that the former Vice President did use his security card to get access into the cheerleaders’ locker room and at the same time while they were changing.
Rich Dalrymple denied all of the accusations made against him 5 years back

However, the Cowboys did make a payment of $2.4 million in 2016 as a confidential settlement offer to the cheerleaders which sparked controversy.
“People who know me, co-workers, the media and colleagues, know who I am and what I’m about,” Dalrymple said in his statement.
Rich Dalrymple acknowledged that the accusations made against him were of a serious nature, but he made it absolutely clear that they are baseless. He claimed he accidentally accessed the cheerleaders’ locker room and had given complete cooperation to the internal investigation conducted by the Dallas Cowboys back in the day.
“I understand the very serious nature of these claims and do not take them lightly. The accusations are, however, false. One was accidental and the other simply did not happen. Everything that was alleged was thoroughly investigated years ago, and I cooperated fully.”
Jim Wilkinson, a communication consultant for the team, stated “the investigation was handled consistent with best legal and HR practices and the investigation found no evidence of wrongdoing.”
Wilkinson added, “If any wrongdoing had been found, Rich would have been terminated immediately.”
