Tom Brady is a force to reckon with in the world of the NFL. Regarded as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, there aren’t many days when Brady takes the field and no record gets shattered. After spending a lot of time with the Patriots, Brady was roped in by the Bucs in 2020.
While many were expecting that Brady is stretching himself way too much and opined that the man won’t be able to perform as per expectations, he proved everyone wrong by giving incredible performances on numerous occasions. This season, the Bucs are NFC South champions, and a major reason behind it is veteran Brady.
Tom Brady shines as Panthers suffer a monumental defeat
In their latest encounter, the Bucs took on the Carolina Panthers and completely destroyed them without much hassle. Although the Panthers started off nicely in the first quarter, they were completely outplayed in the next three by Brady and Company.
The game ended 41-17 in the favor of the Bucs and Brady yet again was simply astonishing. He scored three touchdowns and even passed his single-season passing yard mark. His previous best came in the 2011 season for the Patriots where he ended the season with 5,235 yards.
At 44, Brady is reaching new milestones which is nothing short of astonishing. He now has 5,245 passing yards in the 2021 season. The team from Tampa Bay is on a three-game winning streak and the boys would like to extend their run as much as they can.
