“I Was Down, I Had To Self Revive”: Twitter reacts as Odell Beckham Jr posts an inspiration video on his comeback for LA Rams
Odell Beckham Jr is finally seeing an upward curve in his career, which looked to a bit down and out after the struggles he endured at his former club, the Cleveland Browns. Beckham Jr was released by the club this November, for his father’s outburst on Instagram for the way his son was being used in their attacking setup.
Odell Beckham Jr did not have the best of times during the three years that he spent with the Browns dealing with various injuries, including an ACL tear last year that ended his season early. The Cleveland coach Baker Mayfield also did not help the veteran with his tactics, and the duo never blossomed during their time together.
Odell Beckham Jr has scored 15 receiving points in three matches for the LA Rams in an incredible turnaround
However, the wide receiver has found a new home in Los Angeles Rams, after signing for them on a free transfer just a few days after his release from the Browns. The transfer and a change of home seem to have worked the best for the wide receiver as he has quickly become an integral part of the Rams’ setup with the injury to fellow WR Robert Woods.
The 32-year old has adapted very quickly and recorded 15 receiving from the three matches he has started at his new club, averaging 5 per game. He scored 3 Touchdowns for the LA Rams in the four matches in total.
In a video posted by Odell Beckham Jr, the wide receiver made sure his entire journey so far this season has been portrayed with highlights of him celebrating the touchdowns he has scored for his side so far, with the Super Gremlin song by Kodak Black used as the background score.
