The Chiefs’ defense for the second week in a row is getting torn apart. Last week Burrow and the Bengals took to the air to take apart the defense. This week the Broncos are ground and pounding the Chiefs into submission. To go along with Drew Lock’s 2 rushing touchdowns in the first half, Melvin Gordon now has 94 rushing yards and a touchdown on 7 attempts.
Closing in on the 4th quarter the big run gave the Broncos lead 21-17 and put up a serious fight that no one really expected. The main problem the Broncos have had all season is their offense but today they are running wild on the Chiefs putting up a total of 155 yards on 20 rushes and 3 touchdowns.

47 of Gordon’s 94 yards came off this one electrifying run! A real concern for the Chiefs defense given the ease Gordon had getting into the secondary. The poor tackling was seen on Drew Lock’s second touchdown run as well. Not the confidence-inspiring game the Chiefs would have been hoping for to carry them into the playoffs.
