The NHLPA released an anonymous survey of 566 players in all 32 teams for its annual player poll on Wednesday. As a teammate, there is no one better than Brad Marchand, but if it’s about competing against him in a game, NHL players would rather like to avoid it. On the other side, Sidney Crosby is getting all the attention as he is considered the most complete player according to a new NHL Players Association Poll. 

The 2021-22 National Hockey League season is coming to an end with only one place left for the final playoffs. With the postseason fast approaching, the NHL released its annual player survey on Wednesday, asking various questions about the league’s top players. The results certainly contained some interestingly solid mix of emotions from the players to the veteran players and to the young blooming ones.

After the 2022 NHL Poll revelation, Sidney Crosby, the star center of the Pittsburg Penguins is being viewed as the most complete player NHL has to offer, while Florida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov is not too far behind with a career-high of 39 goals this season.

Some are being envious of the shooting capacity of the Washington Capitals center Alex Ovechkin. While players are looking forward to garbing this shooting star, he is currently dealing with an upper-body injury as the regular season comes to an end, with a staggering 53.1% of votes for the question of which player would the opposing team like to catch in regards of shooting.

On the other hand, when the players were asked whom they would like on their team but would not relish the idea of playing against them, two players’ names popped out. Unsurprisingly they were Boston Bruins winger Brad Marchand and Washington Capitals winger Tom Wilson, as said on cbssports.com. As we all know, both of them has always been the one to raise a wave.
