We have seen so many things being put into the Stanley Cup this summer, but now what? Soup and soda? Well, that’s exactly what went into the Cup space this Wednesday. 

Colorado Avalanche head scout Wade Klippenstein along with his family and kids drank a variety of cuisines and a mixture of drinks out of the Stanley Cup in his hometown, Coaldale, Alberta.

Klippenstein filled the Cup with borscht to start the food storm that was about to follow shortly. Following borscht, they poured root beer floats into the trophy which delighted the kids to no bounds.

Apart from being a serving bowl, the Cup rode around in Klippenstein’s luxury car to get some fresh air in style, as per nhl.com. What a life the Cup has for it to enjoy a breeze in the Lamborghini.

Before reaching its next destination the Cup will likely have a fresh bath and cleaning up a bit before being dispatched once again. But the summer’s still left, and so is the Cup’s adventure.
