As the stands were toppled with the crowd, it’s not clear who or what initiated the ugly scene, but the fans can be seen punching and kicking around. After Friday’s defeat at the hand of the Coyotes, the Boston Bruins are at a point of 24-4-1 while the Arizona Coyotes run with 8-13-4. Their victory was celebrated with sweetness as the team successfully ended their 19-game losing streak.

Coyotes coach Andre Tourigny stated, β€œThey are a really good team, top one or two in the league”. β€œWe went after them and really competed. That was a good win for our team.”  We have to hand it to Josh Brown who scored 23 seconds into the game and held off against one of the NHL-leading teams.

Coyotes rookie Matias Maccelli tricked the puck between defenders before handing it to Lawson Crouse. Crouse’s performance ended the team’s second-longest losing streak against one team in National Hockey League history.

Crouse said, β€œI was kind of posting up on the blue line thinking it was going to be icing and he made a great pass”. β€œI just tried to get it up as quick as I could and it went in.”

Bruins winger Nick Foligno stated, β€œWhen you have that many shots in a game, the team did a lot of good things, but we wanted finish more, obviously”. β€œWe dominated that team. It’s unfortunate we didn’t come away with the win.”

Maccelli played an immense role in the Coyotes’ victory. Due to the team effort from all key players, the team pulled off its elongated drought. Tourigny commented on Maccelli’s performance, β€œHe was elite”. β€œCelli keeps improving, he’s competing defensively, he’s good on both sides of the puck and makes the other players better.”
