Keegan Kolesar signed with Vegas Golden Knights

Winger Keegan Kolesar inked a 3-year $4.2 million contract with an annual average value of $1.2 million with the Vegas Golden Knights on Friday. 

The 25-year-old had a scheduled arbitration hearing on August 10th which he successfully avoided through his signup. The arbitration rush time will continue until all the players settle in with their respective teams.

In the last season, Kolesar had an NHL career-high of 24 points with 7 goals and 17 assists in 77 games for the Golden Knights. As of now, he has played three of his NHL seasons with the Knights, as stated by nhl.com.

In the 2015 NHL Draft, the Columbus Blue Jackets chose him 69th overall with 37 points in 10 goals and 27 assists in 122 regular-season games and 4 points with 1 goal and 3 assists in 17 Stanley Cup Playoff games.
