Ex-NHLer Wayne Gretzky is accused of misleading the public through his chewing-gum weight loss product and is charged $10 million over a lawsuit filed by a man on Monday in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ Sports, Steven Sparks the person who is said to have developed OMG Gum, a “natural gum used to manage weight”, alleged that Gretzky lied about his dropping 35 pounds after the use of the product.
