Ex-NHLer Wayne Gretzky is accused of misleading the public through his chewing-gum weight loss product and is charged $10 million over a lawsuit filed by a man on Monday in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ Sports, Steven Sparks the person who is said to have developed OMG Gum, a “natural gum used to manage weight”, alleged that Gretzky lied about his dropping 35 pounds after the use of the product.

Spark claims that he lost $10 million after putting his time and money into creating the gum, and further claimed the hockey legend made the fabrication to further bolster the growth of his company’s stocks.
On the other hand, Sparks hired Janet Gretzky as a spokesperson. Gretzky’s lying made Sparks buy stocks and reinvest money into the companies per nydailynews.com. Later the 61-year-old accepted that he did not lose weight even after using the product.
