Niklas Sule of Bayern Munich is being hunted by Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea

According to popular reports Chelsea could be plotting a move to bring in defender Niklas Sule to Stamford Bridge in the upcoming transfer window.

The Bayern Munich defender is one of the key men for Thomas Tuchel who had eyes set on the German international.

With Dayot Upamecano going to Bayern Munich, Chelsea’s plans to sign him have failed. They must know look at other potential options to replace Upamecano. One of the key names that are arising at the moment is that if Niklas Sule.
The Blues have also been linked with the likes of David Alaba who is set to leave Bayern Munich at the end of this season. Moreover with Thomas Tuchel extremely keen on Sule it’s being said that he’s already entered into talks with Marina Granovskia about securing the deal.

Thomas Tuchel has provided with the injury updates ahead of Chelsea’s match against Southampton.

We have some issues with the calf of Pulisic,’ added Tuchel. ‘It’s nothing big, it just feels tight and a bit of a risk.

‘Tammy feels very good. He is free for training today and, if things go well, he’s in the squad. Kai Havertz has been training as well and will join us at Southampton.’
