Odyssey Jones made his long-awaited debut on Raw and assisted New Day members Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. The WWE Universe was stunned to see the colossal figure lift and slam two men nearly his size onto the mat. They’ll be pleased to hear the news that the 405-pound wrestler shared on social media.

He took to Instagram and was excited to announce that he would be fighting in his first official match on Raw next Monday. Odyssey Jones urged the Texas crowd to show up and make some noise for him on the show. Although it wasn’t disclosed who his opponent would be, the big man assured his fans that he would put on a great performance.

Jones spent a significant amount of time on NXT and even competed against some big names there. Although the wait for his main roster debut was lengthy, he finally made a surprise appearance, saving Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods on the latest Raw. Not only did he fend off the leader of the group, Karrion Kross, but he also single-handedly took down the Authors of Pain.

The interesting thing to note is that Woods didn’t seem too happy about the 405-pound star helping them for some unknown reason. Kross has manipulated him multiple times to leave the New Day and join The Final Testament, planting the seeds of abandoning his brothers. The third member of the group, Big E, has been out of action due to a career-threatening neck injury from two years ago. Only time will tell how this storyline progresses.

WWE CCO Triple H is all praise about Odyssey Jones after his first appearance on Raw

Odyssey Jones not only impressed wrestling fans, but WWE CCO Triple H also had some nice things to say about him. He was drafted to Raw in the WWE 2023 Draft. After his first night on the main roster, The Cerebral Assassin praised his performance on social media.

Hunter took to X and stated that it was only a glimpse of what Jones could truly accomplish on Raw. He described the 30-year-old star as the complete package, towering over his opponents in terms of raw strength and size. The 14-time world champion believed he was going to be a game-changer.

Jones could potentially take Big E’s place as the third member of The New Day. By saving them, the 30-year-old star has made some new enemies in the former AOP.
