Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury are not done with each other just yet. The two are going back and forth at each other once again. Tyson Fury had recently claimed that the fight against the Ukrainian earlier this year was too easy. Usyk had a hilarious reaction, reminding the previously undefeated Brit about his loss at the undisputed heavyweight title fight.

Oleksandr Usyk recently was interviewed and the reporter informed him about Tyson Fury’s comments. Usyk’s reaction was hilarious as he sent out a warning to Fury for their upcoming fight later this year.

Oh my god, no way. Okay, no problem. Next fight would be easy. For me? My fight would be hard... If Tyson say, for him, it would be easy, okay. No problem. I see for Tyson Fury. I see eyes. It's not going to be easy. It will be hard. Very, very hard. Tyson, don't be afraid. I will not leave you alone.

Tyson Fury lost to Oleksandr Usyk earlier this May, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Usyk won by a split decision, becoming the first undisputed heavyweight world champion of the four-belt era. Fury had narrowly avoided a stoppage in the ninth round. However, the Brit recently called Usyk a “local amateur boxer”.

The contract for the fight included a two-way rematch clause, allowing either fighter to demand a rematch if they lost. The rematch will take place this December, again in Riyadh. Both fighters are currently recovering from injuries sustained in the first fight. Usyk reportedly had a broken jaw and Fury also bore significant injuries.

Oleksandr Usyk calls out Conor McGregor

Oleksandr Usyk has already solidified his legacy by becoming the first undisputed heavyweight champion in boxing since Lennox Lewis. Meanwhile, he has a rematch coming up against Tyson Fury later this year. However, the Ukrainian has already started exploring other lucrative opportunities in fighting.

Usyk recently sat down for an interview with Boxing King Media. There the Ukrainian revealed that he was open to exploring other opportunities coming his way- including a move to mixed martial arts. Usyk had previously expressed interest in bare-knuckle boxing. Now he has called out Conor McGregor himself when the reporter asked if he would fight in the UFC.

Why not? McGregor, come on...I'm ready to fight.

In the interview, Usyk also revealed that he had considered potentially moving back to cruiserweight, where he previously was the undisputed champion. It is not clear if Usyk was serious about stepping into bare-knuckle boxing. The heavyweight boxer is significantly bigger than McGregor. It will be very interesting to see if such a crossover does take place.

In case you missed it!
