Olivia Dunne’s TikTok faced a strange glitch as it disappeared before re-emerging

LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne is currently riding waves -of popularity through her immense fame on social media. Combining all the followers on her Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, she has more than 10 million followers. She is also the most popular college athlete in the United States, which very well proves the fan frenzy for her.
This Wednesday, a rather strange incident occurred when Olivia Dunne’s TikTok account started facing some weird glitches. Fans discovered that Livvy’s account had disappeared without a trace, leaving many to believe she was banned from the platform.
This immediately created chaos amongst her fans as they started speculating several theories for Livvy’s sudden disappearance from TikTok. Later, Olivia Dunne clarified on Twitter that it was a glitch that caused her account to disappear for some time. The account came back on track the very same day.

Olivia Dunne’s TikTok glitch sends fans into a frenzy
Despite her prowess in gymnastics, Olivia Dunne is very well known for her content on TikTok. The LSU athlete posts several fitness shorts and glimpses from her life which fans evenly enjoy watching. The sudden disappearance of Livvy’s TikTok account caused havoc and chaos among the fans.
One of the fans noticed that Livvy’s TikTok account had suddenly disappeared, with several of her videos from August 2022 getting unpinned. To this, Livvy clarified, “It’s a glitch. Idk what’s wrong with my account right now.”
Olivia Dunne has more than 6.8 million followers on TikTok, and the craze for her content is certainly magnanimous. Livvy has developed a large fan following, especially among teenage boys and young adult men who are obsessed with her good looks and features. The comments on her page are flooded with these men calling her “mommy” or them trying their shot at securing a date with her.
However, admiration aside, the fan following reached a disturbing level when the fans started behaving unruly and like hooligans in LSU’s NCAA games. Olivia Dunne had to personally request her fans on Twitter to respect every other athlete and maintain decorum in official college sports events. Olympic athlete Samantha Peszek had also condemned such acts and had called it ‘shameful and creepy.’
The security for the LSU team was increased right after such incidents, with coach Jay Clark taking extra steps to ensure the safety of the athletes. Olivia Dunne also appeared in an interview with the ‘TODAY show’ where she discussed how she was objectified by the men following her on social media.
