The 2024 Open Championship, the oldest and most prestigious golf major, is set to take place from July 18-21 at Royal Troon Golf Club in South Ayrshire, Scotland. This marks the 10th time the iconic links course has hosted the event, with the last edition held there in 2016.

Open Championship 2024: TV, Radio, and Streaming Coverage

In the United States, the championship will be broadcast by NBC and USA Network, with streaming available on Peacock and FuboTV. Coverage will begin on Thursday and Friday with USA Network airing the first three hours of each round, followed by Peacock streaming the next two hours, and then USA Network returning for the final three hours.

On the weekend, NBC will take over, airing the third round on Saturday from 7am to 3pm ET, and the final round on Sunday from 7am to 2pm ET, with Peacock providing additional streaming coverage. In the UK, Sky Sports will be the exclusive broadcaster.

The total purse for the 2024 Open Championship is expected to exceed $12 million, with the winner’s share being at least $2.1 million. The field will consist of 156 players, including the top professionals from both the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, as well as amateurs who have qualified through various routes.
