There is no keeping Jon Jones off from Twitter. This time he is back again taking ‘swipes of fury’ against the current Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. The two have been having a go at each other for quite a long time and things got ugly after Adesanya defeated Paulo Costa. Both the fighters went to the extent of even dragging their families into the Twitter spat.
Their verbal battle was momentarily off when Khabib retired, as Jon brought up the GOAT debate. With the GOAT debate dying down, Jon has once again turned his attention towards Izzy. He took to Twitter to answer fan questions, which were mostly related to the “Last Stylebender”.

A user asked Jon if he would fight Izzy. Jon made sure he brought up Adesanya’s recent comments about where he would like to fight. Jon tweeted saying, “Yeah just how he envisioned it, the arena he wanted and everything. There’s not a man on this planet that tells me what to do. I march to the beat of my own drum.. there’s no red panty night for Izzy without me, I may just keep him broke.”
Jon wasn’t particularly happy with a fan.
One fan went to the extent of claiming that Izzy was a bigger name. Jon calmly replied, “You’re joking right? I’ve been making millions since my early 20s, I don’t need a super fight with anyone. Fighting guys like Jan and Izzy does nothing for my legacy, winning the Heavyweight belt is the only thing that can bring me any higher than I already am #facts.
Jon also revealed that beating Adesanya does nothing to his legacy.
