Coach Tuchel all praise of PSG boys after reaching Champions League final

Thomas Tuchel was all praise for the star boys of the PSG line-up and was excited for the upcoming challenge in the UEFA Champions League finals. The Ligue 1 champs were in their prime form in the Champions League semi-final and had a strong impact on the final result.

“I was very nervous, yes, and I felt the pressure. I have players who are used to this pressure and they love it. In football, we are never sure. But we defended well. And it was very important. We had the right state of mind.” said an excited Tuchel after the win. “Its Incredible! We are here to play a final and to win.”

Angel Di Maria was the star performer with 1 goal and 2 assists alongside Neymar being the all-time favourite playmaker and the young Kylian Mbappe playing the match till the 86th minute.

PSG president a happy man after yesterday’s iconic win

“It’s a historic night, the first time in the UCL final. Magnificent evening. The team had a perfect game against a difficult team. I am very proud, proud of my players, proud of my technical staff,” said PSG president Al-Khelaifi.

The Argentine attacking midfielder was the main centre of attraction in PSG’s win over RB Leipzig in the UCL semi-final. Di Maria scored one goal which was made up by Neymar. Also, Angel Di Maria was the man to provide rest of the 2 goals providing important assists.

“We ate them up from minute one, it’s going to be tough to sleep between now and the final.” said the Argentine. Di Maria also said, “It doesn’t matter who we face: either Bayern or Lyon, we’ll give our all.”

Tuchel’s PSG will now be waiting for their very first final of the UEFA Champions League. It will be either Bayern or Lyon they will be facing, and the audience will surely be in for a treat.
