Patrick Mahomes bizarrely called worse than Daniel Jones, DeAndre Hopkins under the radar too

Over the years, a lot of analysts have come and gone off television. One such analyst is Rob Parker who was a regular on FOX Sports and featured during primetime. However, his takes were surprising to put it across pleasantly.
He predicted that Tom Brady would not be able to play past 40 years of age and continued to stress the fact that his best days were behind him since 2015. Funny enough, TB12 went on to win four more rings after Parker began to hint that the quarterback’s best days were behind him.
His takes ultimately drove him off primetime and to FOX Radio, but he continues to have a platform. This time, Rob Parker has yet another controversial bizarre take and it is about the Kansas City Chiefs. The team is 7-0 this season but that is not good enough for the analyst.
In all fairness, Patrick Mahomes has not been himself this season but is he playing worse than the quarterback of a 2-6 team?
Mahomes has 1,651 yards, eight touchdowns, nine interceptions, and a QBR of 66.9. Jones is up there with 1,706 yards, six touchdowns, five interceptions, and a QBR of 44.6. While their stats may not be miles apart, it is fair to say that the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is doing better than his Giants’ counterpart.
Rob Parker wants the Kansas City Chiefs to sign Cooper Kupp
The analyst then went on to disrespect wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who was recently signed by the Chiefs. Hopkins’ rather slow start to the season drew the ire of the former FOX Radio analyst.
For the record, Hopkins had his 7th, 1,000-yard season with the Titans last year. His play has not deteriorated to the point that he would be considered forgettable by fans.
Rob Parker is not happy with the Chiefs’ trading for wide receivers past their prime and bringing back players who were not their first choice. Say what you may, but given their 7-0 record this season, it would be fair to claim that the team’s strategy is working out well. The analyst believes Kansas City should have gone after Rams’ Cooper Kupp, who is rumored to be on the trade block.
Rob Parker – “Their offense is stinky. Patrick Mahomes is worse than Daniel Jones. As usual the Kansas City Chiefs did the bare minimum, I didn’t even know DeAndre Hopkins was still in the league.” How is this clown still on the air? pic.twitter.com/REpWdCMmSz

While that is a good suggestion, it is not practical. LA is not going to give up their best wideout unless they are convinced that he really wants out from the team. Kupp has not expressed interest in leaving the Rams.
With him and Puka Nacua back from injuries, the Rams have a good shot to rise atop the NFC West. They just beat the Minnesota Vikings 30-20. With a good chance at making the playoffs, the odds of Kupp leaving LA to join the Chiefs are very low.
