Kayla Harrison stops Genah Fabian in the first round at PFL 8 main event
Kayla Harrison makes it to another final in the PFL. She will be facing Taylor Guardado in the finals of PFL 2021. Genah Fabian was already broken heading into this fight. She is part of the same training academy as Israel Adesanya in New Zealand where she lost a dear training partner. Harrison is 11-0 in the MMA octagon. She beat the Kiwi which is no big surprise as she was a heavy favorite heading into this fight.
It took only 4 minutes for the former champion to break Genah with a flurry of punches. The fight was stopped and Kayla emerged victorious via TKO. The lightweight finals this year were expected to be between the two-time Olympian and no.1 in PFL this year, Larissa Pacheco.
