After helping her husband, Seth Rollins, retain the World Heavyweight title at Clash in Paris in controversial fashion, Becky Lynch joined ‘The Visionary’ in giving a mouthful to both Jelly Roll and Post Malone at ringside. Seeing Malone jeer at the couple, Rollins mocked ‘Posty’ by telling him to go make some sad songs about it.

It appears that Malone wasn’t too amused by Rollins’ antics. According to his fellow music artist and wrestling enthusiast Jelly Roll, the rapper-singer took The Architect’s trash talk more personally than anyone might have expected. During an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Roll emphasized that Rollins’ verbal jabs aimed at Malone struck a nerve.

I don’t know if he will get in the ring, but I can tell you this, he took that personal. Post don’t take much personal, but Post has text me 10 times, Yo, f*ck that Seth Rollins guy.……….When Seth was talking sh*t to him that night, Post was like, Dude, you’re being mean to me.

Despite being known for his laid-back nature, Malone was allegedly irritated by the exchange. Roll described receiving multiple messages from the New Yorker venting his frustration. While the Nashville native isn’t sure about Malone getting into the ring with the 6-time world champion, he certainly has the itch to settle whatever beef they have.

Roll affirmed that ‘The White Iverson’ is one of the nicest human beings ever. So if he felt that Rollins rubbed him the wrong way at the aforementioned WWE PLE, there might be some credence to it. However, looking at it from a wrestling fan’s perspective, ‘The Drip God’ played his part to perfection that night.

Rollins was just being in character, and given that he made Malone feel offended by his demeanor, then credit is due to the Chicago Bears fanatic. Rollins successfully defended his world title against CM Punk, LA Knight, and Jey Uso in a Fatal-4-Way bout moments before getting into the faces of Roll and Malone.

How has Seth Rollins’ injury altered the main event scene on Raw?

In an absolute bummer to WWE’s potential WrestleMania 42 planning, Seth Rollins‘ injury could lead to a significant alteration of it. The 39-year-old confirmed via an Instagram post that he had undergone surgery on his left shoulder, as one can see below.

For the unversed, he buckled it during a rough landing in his Crown Jewel match with Cody Rhodes due to the over-ambitious coast-to-coast headbutt that he tried pulling off.

The maneuver cost Rollins months of benching and the world title. On Raw this past Monday, general manager Adam Pearce announced in a confrontation with Rollins’ former stable, The Vision, that the veteran wrestler was sidelined due to Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed taking him out in such a remorseless manner.

Pearce, thereby, stripped Rollins of the World Heavyweight Championship and revealed the roadmap to crowning a new champion. A multi-man No. 1 contender’s Battle Royal was made official as the main event of Raw, which Jey Uso eventually won. He will now face CM Punk for the vacant world title at Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1.

Even though Rollins’ injury is no ruse this time around, there were some cynics of it at first due to what he did earlier this year with his knee. There’s no timeframe for The Visionary’s return, but there’s hope within WWE that he will be back in time for next year’s WrestleMania 42. Tentative plans suggested that he was pegged to battle Roman Reigns in Las Vegas, but it’s all in limbo as of now.
