Tencent’s PUBG Mobile is one of the world’s leading battle-royale game. It has generated the highest overall revenue for two consecutive months i.e. in July and August beating its rival Garena Free Fire and other popular games such as Genshin Impact.
PUBG Mobile’s access is restricted in several countries. Nevertheless, the game’s popularity has not ceased, the developers continue to impress the players with fresh and unique content for the game with new updates. Not only that, the eSports sector of PUBG Mobile has grown at such a rate that the game has been added in the official medal event in the 19th Asian Games scheduled to commence from September,2022.
Inspite of its big achievements, many players are avoiding this game due to frquent hackers in the game which tend to disrupt the legit atmosphere of the game.
PUBG Mobile anti cheat system bans more than 800K hackers this week!
Probably, the best addition to PUBG Mobile was the ban pan program which detects hackers in the game and bans those accounts from accessing the game. The anti-cheat system was announced to bring down the number of hackers significantly in the game.
The officials publish a weekly report regarding the number of accounts that get banned, also specifying the reason that led to their ban. Just like other weeks, the officials have published a weekly report that it has banned more than 800K accounts from 3rd September,2021- 9th September,2021.
Character model modification was the main reason for the ban of this week’s accounts. This week’s ban has seen a substantial decrease from the previous week’s ban which was around 1,418,839. This evidently shows that the anti cheat system was a success.

Banned accounts respective to their rank tiers

- Conqueror – 1%
- Ace – 9%
- Crown – 14%
- Diamond – 14%
- Platinum – 10%
- Gold – 8%
- Silver – 10%
- Bronze – 34%
Most of the players banned were of Bronze Tier, which is the lowest tier who used miscellaneous hacks to increase their rank. Banned players belonging to Diamond and Crown tier have also increased.
Breakdown of cheats used this week

- Speed hacks:>> 12%
- Modification of character model:>> 37%
- X-Ray vision:>> 11%
- Modification of Area Damage:>> 11%
- Auto-Aim:>> 12%
- Others:>> 17%
As we can see, the primary reason for the accounts that got banned was Modification of Character Model.
