Apart from better bookings and storylines, WWE superstars have commended Triple H and the new regime for allowing them to have a better work-life balance. They are allowed to go home on holidays, and more focus is given to their health and recovery. Wrestling legend, Randy Orton recently testified to this fact.
Speaking with Sportskeeda, The Viper appreciated having people in charge who understood how important it was for one to be home on Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthdays, and other holidays. He recalled that one always had to show up on Mondays for Raw under Vince McMahon, regardless of personal commitments. The old boss didn’t even care if one had kids.
The Apex Predator narrated an incident when his back started giving up on him when he was 35 years old. He went to Vince McMahon and asked to do lesser shows. He requested to only do half the tour to recover. The former WWE chairman replied that he needed Orton on those shows and that Mother Nature gets them all.

Randy Orton submitted to his boss. He assumed that there was nothing he could do about the situation and simply had to keep working until he completely tired his body out. He compared it to the new regime, which understood that the in-ring talent is only human, and mostly granted them breaks when they ask for it.
Randy Orton expresses his gratitude for Vince McMahon
During the same interview, Randy Orton said that he loved Vince McMahon. He was highly grateful for all the opportunities given to him by Vinnie Mac. However, McMahon moving on from being in charge of WWE was long overdue.
The Legend Killer thought that the way things happened with him being kicked out of WWE after the Janel Grant lawsuit was unfortunate. However, he appreciated the new bosses and claimed that it was nice to work for someone who understood one’s family commitments.
Orton liked that his old rival and mentor Triple H was running the show. He also appreciated Nick Khan. The people at TKO who have come into the WWE get it, and it truly is a different era. The way they cared for the talent is remarkable.
