Its been around a month since a fight broke out on Twitter between WWE Superstar Randy Orton and American rapper Soulja Boy. The argument began when the rapper called wrestling fake.
Orton, justifiably, was offended by Soulja Boy’s comments and replied to him, while explaining the efforts that a wrestler puts in throughout the year.
Soulja Boy’s first tweet has now been deleted, but Randy explained to him that a wrestler is like a stuntman who is in action without any pads, for 200 days a year. But that wasn’t it. Orton even claimed that WWE’s latest celebrity guest, Bad Bunny could easily beat up Soulja Boy.
But Randy’s comments only heated up the argument. Soulja Boy threateningly asked if Randy had any idea that who he was. But the question only provided an opportunity to Orton to roast Soulja Boy.
Orton even took the example of the Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus match. It was a No Holds Barred match and it was brutal battle. Both the wrestlers came out of the match with too many visible wounds.
Recently the war resumed between the two when Soulja Boy called out Randy Orton. The Viper too hit back with an equally offensive response.
Randy Orton is currently feuding against The Fiend
On-screen Randy Orton is currently involved in a long feud with The Fiend Bray Wyatt. Orton had burnt The Fiend at WWE TLC but he recently returned at WWE Fastlane with a new look.
The duo is scheduled to face each other on the second night of Wrestlemania 37. Reportedly, the storyline between the two and Alexa Bliss will be concluding at the Showcase of Immortals.
WWE Wrestlemania airs live on 10th and 11th April, 2021.
