The only obstacle is that he cannot seem to stay away from incidents that lead to suspensions. Now, his former girlfriend is suing him for $1 million, as TMZ confirmed.

The publication revealed that Rashee Rice’s former partner, and mother of his children, Dacoda Jones, detailed in the lawsuit the wideout’s ‘horrific pattern of abuse between December 2023 and July 2025.’

She was also subject to ‘other violent and abusive behaviors,’ which included the Chiefs’ wideout throwing things at her, ‘punching walls, and breaking furniture.’ Jones claims the abuse caused ‘bleeding, swelling, bruising, and other pain and physical injury to her neck, face, mouth, arms, legs, chest, and shoulder.’

TMZ added a photo gallery, revealing the extent of injuries caused by the Super Bowl LVIII champion. But the most shocking part of it was that most of Rice’s assaults were when she was pregnant.

Rashee Rice does not have a good relationship with football fans. First, his car crash was deemed an act of sheer carelessness and entitlement.

Then, his attack on a photographer was seen as a mark of someone who does not have control over his emotions. Now, after learning of the details of his domestic assault on the mother of his children, fans have had it.

Now, the former second-round pick has moved on with a new woman, specifically social media influencer and rapper Rubi Rose. To make it official, the star pass catcher shared pictures on Instagram to hard launch each other.

It seems he wants to move on with his life with the 28-year-old rapper, but this lawsuit and the result of the NFL’s investigation will probably cost him some brownie points with both fans and his teammates.
