Rhea Ripley has been busy with Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan since her return to WWE. During this time, she has not gotten a chance to interact much with her previous accomplices. The Australian and Damian Priest have been paired up on TV since 2022, when they both joined The Judgment Day. They seemed close in the faction, and the two superstars are allegedly extremely close in real life as well.

In an interview with The New York Post, Priest narrated a story of himself and Ripley traveling back from the gym. He felt that he was missing a friend, his road buddy, and his backstage buddy while she was gone. The Archer of Infamy said that she pushed him to become better and missed much more than the relationship they shared on screen. Ripley also called Priest her terror twin on X.

The two have been great friends behind the curtain. The Puerto Rican helped the 27-year-old when she was having a panic attack before her WrestleMania match. Further, the Australian was a huge confidence booster for the champion during the early days of his reign. Even on screen, Priest always seemed loyal to The Eradicator during her absence. He was the only one who was regularly in touch with her, and he did his best to fend off Liv Morgan. He even warned Mysterio that Ripley was angry at him.

Unfortunately, the two superstars never got to lead Monday Night Raw as World Champions together. Priest won the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XL. Although Ripley was retained at the show, she had to vacate the title due to injury not more than ten days later. These two Judgment Day members would have surely had a dominant reign together on the red brand.

Damian Priest thinks that the love triangle story with Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, and Dominik Mysterio is weird; admits to having fun regardless

During the same interview, Damian Priest discussed what he thought about the love triangle storyline in The Judgment Day. He said that the ultimate goal of the storyline was to make the audience like it. The viewers must feel emotionally invested in what the characters are doing and what they are going to do next.

Priest still believes that this love triangle between Dominik Mysterio, Rhea Ripley, and Liv Morgan is weird. He claimed it was exciting at the same time. This was because he knew that this story was going to take a turn that would be surprising and something everyone in the audience would be talking about.
