Roman Reigns defeated Solo Sikoa to regain his Ula Fala in the first match on Raw’s Netflix debut. It was a memorable night, as The OTC once again reclaimed his throne on the Island of Relevancy. Speaking of that, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi recently gave his thoughts on the blockbuster clash between his family members and revealed that he had tears in his eyes while witnessing the match.

Speaking on the Off The Top podcast, WWE Hall of Famer shared his pride in witnessing Solo Sikoa’s success. He revealed that seeing his son’s hard work pay off and achieving such a massive stage brought tears of joy to his eyes. Rikishi reminisced about watching Reigns and Sikoa during their high school days and expressed how surreal it was to see them now opening the biggest Raw in history.

And I was watching my son Solo, man. I can’t tell you, man, I had a couple of tears run down my eyes. Just to know that you know how far this kid has come. It’s been a matter of three years, and the pressure that was, you know, opportunity given to him.

The former Intercontinental Champion emphasized that both The OTC and The Street Champion gave their all during the Tribal Combat, showcasing every aspect of the Samoan wrestling style. Rikishi highlighted that Raw’s Netflix debut was the night Solo Sikoa proved his worth to the world. The 59-year-old stated that such clashes are what make wrestling what it is today.

Moreover, the real-life Bloodline member shared his thoughts on the involvement of Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens. He stated that the two stars elevated the match’s significance, making it even more unpredictable. Despite this, The Needle Mover has redeemed himself as The Tribal Chief in WWE, while Sikoa appears dejected, uncertain of his next chapter in the Stamford-based promotion.

Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa to write next chapter of their story at Royal Rumble

Roman Reigns has seemingly ended his civil war with Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline for now. However, as is typical in The Bloodline Saga, nothing is ever truly settled. Speculation is growing that Reigns may once again face Sikoa in the ring, with the possibility of this confrontation taking place at the Royal Rumble.

The Head of the Table has already declared himself for the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match this year. Therefore, he is set to enter the match to find himself an opportunity to main event WrestleMania 41. However, The Street Champion could also declare himself for the Rumble match, with an intention to exact retribution on his cousin

This could lead to an intense face-off between the two stars in the Royal Rumble match. There’s a possibility that Sikoa could eliminate Reigns, or The OTC might once again prevail by eliminating the 31-year-old. Either outcome could be the next chapter in their family feud before both stars head to WrestleMania.
