Performance is important and not age”When it comes to performance, one has to perform. I’m still motivated and I’m still hungry for runs.” Raj said.

Mitali Raj has currently retired from the T-20 and Test format but represents India at the ODIs. She was recently tagged by Lisa Sthalekar in a tweet about the postponement of the Women’s’ tournament but not of Men’s’. she wanted to share the sexism that exists in the sports fraternity.

Mitali Raj added that eventhough, this means the delay of another year, she looks forward towards it. Similarly, Roger Federer too has to wait for another year to participate in the tour itself. He is currently recovering from a knee injury.
