The men’s WarGames field is set after what transpired in the closing stretch of this week’s Raw at MSG. And guess what? Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar came face-to-face on the show in a moment that reeked of nostalgia. But how did all this come about? The final segment of the night started with Paul Heyman flanking his Vision stablemates Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul.
‘The Maverick’ notably came out with the said faction, while Drew McIntyre got a separate entrance. After getting into the ring, Heyman talked some trash by putting over each one of his associates until CM Punk‘s music hit. The Usos followed suit, and Cody Rhodes was the next to come out. The babyfaces started brawling with their WarGames belligerents with chaos all around.
IT'S ON! 👊

While there were bodies everywhere, Punk and Paul duked it out in the ring, with the world champion getting the better of the YouTuber. Just as the Chicagoan was doing his signature ‘Go to sleep’ taunt, Brock Lesnar came out.
It marked The Beast’s first WWE appearance since hammering John Cena at Wrestlepalooza. That being said, the 10-time world champion threw down the gauntlet to Punk, who ate a pretty nasty overhead suplex from Lesnar to begin with.
NO. WAY.

BROCK LESNAR IS HERE. 🤯 pic.twitter.com/fhTAS4cbi9
‘The Second City Saint’ had a rough landing, but that didn’t stop Lesnar from tossing him around like a pancake one more time. After eliminating Punk for the time being, Lesnar faced momentary resistance from Rhodes. However, it wasn’t enough to tame the ex-UFC Heavyweight Champion. ‘The Beast Incarnate’ sent the current Undisputed WWE Champion to Suplex City with a couple of German suplexes.
NOT SO FAST.

ROMAN REIGNS HAS ARRIVED!! pic.twitter.com/RzdmBsuUNU
‘The Conqueror’ thought he’d done his job until Roman Reigns’ music lit up Madison Square Garden. Reigns eventually landed a Superman Punch on his longtime rival. It was effective in keeping Lesnar from entering the ring again. By that time, the NYPD officials had made it to the ringside to restore some order. ‘The OTC’, however, got blindsided by Bronson Reed.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE INSANITY!!! pic.twitter.com/5r4m4drGJL
The latter laid out Reigns for a Tsunami but never succeeded, as he was stopped dead in his tracks with ‘The Tribal Chief’ getting up and clocking ‘The Auszilla’ with a Superman Punch. Reigns rolled out, and at ringside, Punk had Paul decapitated with a Kendo stick. ‘The Head of the Table’ saw a number of NYPD personnel opposing him, so he speared a couple of them alongside Reed through the barricade in an all-timer ending to Raw.
What could be the potential WarGames scenarios after Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar joined the field?
This year’s men’s WarGames matchup at Survivor Series is ridiculously stacked in terms of star power. There are so many fascinating scenarios that fans would inevitably see inside the double-caged structure in San Diego on November 29. Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar‘s additions to their respective teams have only turned the match hype up to eleven.

‘The Tribal Chief’ will not only have to curb the menace of Lesnar but also a certain ‘Scottish Warrior’ in Drew McIntyre. Speaking of McIntyre, he’d be dying to lock horns with CM Punk yet again. They had one of the best feuds of the past decade, and fans would love to see them meet again inside WarGames.
Some other face-offs could see Bron Breakker going to war with Roman Reigns. The two of them are pegged for a future singles match at a major PLE. Apart from these obvious interactions, it’d be interesting to see if any cracks occur between the team members of both sides.
There are a few unresolved issues between Roman Reigns and The Usos over what happened at Crown Jewel. Also, it’s possible that a force like Lesnar wouldn’t back down from showing his own teammates their place if any of them tried to steal his thunder.
