Roman Reigns made his comeback at SummerSlam after losing his world title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL. However, his beloved Wiseman, Paul Heyman, wasn’t with him. In fact, since Reigns’ triumphant return, the two have not been together on live TV. Now, after a very long time, the duo is set to appear together in public, but outside of the promotion.
Bloomberg Live announced on the platform X that Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman would be joining the power players in New York. They will be attending the event that brings together industry leaders in the world of sports, business, and technology. This will be their first appearance together since WrestleMania XL, during Reigns’ match.
The Wiseman also found himself in trouble after WrestleMania XL, as Solo Sikoa stepped up as the new leader of The Bloodline. He recruited wrestlers like Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu, creating an even more dangerous version of The Bloodline. When Heyman refused to acknowledge the 31-year-old star, the group decided to put him through a table.
Since that attack, the Hall of Famer hasn’t been seen in WWE. Unfortunately, not only Heyman, but the OTC also had to endure the wrath of the new Bloodline when the group put him through a table as well. The dynamics are quickly changing, and fans are hoping for the storyline to culminate in the much-awaited Bloodline Civil War.
Roman Reigns is not scheduled to appear on the September 13 episode of SmackDown
The latest episode of SmackDown ended with The Bloodline standing tall over Roman Reigns after destroying him. Following the episode, WWE has quietly removed him from the promotional campaign for the September 13th episode of SmackDown, which marks the show’s premiere on the USA Network.
This sudden move puzzled a lot of fans, who thought the 39-year-old star might be taking a long break. Interestingly, at first, his profile was listed among the featured superstars for that particular SmackDown, but it was later removed. His profile being removed just a few weeks before the premiere episode of the blue brand on the USA Network has sparked much speculation.
The advertisement for the September 13th episode of SmackDown now features stars like Tiffany Stratton, Rhodes, Solo, and Bayley. Although the exact reason for his profile’s disappearance from the list is still unknown, many fans believe it could be because WWE wanted to add a surprise element for them at the show.
