Roman Reigns has been absent from WWE television for over two months. Ever since losing his Undisputed Championship at WrestleMania XL, there has been no major update on him. Amid his absence, Solo Sikoa kicked off a rebellion against the Tribal Chief. Now, finally, after over 70 days of silence, the Head of the Table has made his first move against the Tribal Heir.
It has been observed by fans online that Roman Reigns has unfollowed Solo Sikoa from his Instagram. The latter has been making waves on SmackDown without the consent of the Bloodline leader. Therefore, it is considered that this is the first step for the Needle Mover to make his presence known before he finally makes his triumphant return to his ‘Island of Relevancy‘.
Moreover, the Enforcer has been on a path to take the position of Tribal Chief in The Bloodline. He kicked Jimmy Uso from the group and brought Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa into the faction. In addition to that, he has manipulated Paul Heyman and plotted behind his back on several occasions.
It is quite a sign that the Tribal Heir was on a path of his own. Therefore, it has been rumored that the former Undisputed Champion might come back with a character change to address everything around his Bloodline. Moreover, Sikoa has teased that it is likely that The Rock might be behind everything and is the actual ‘Final Boss’ of this saga.
Nick Aldis broke character to praise Roman Reigns
Nick Aldis has been doing an incredible job as the general manager on SmackDown. He made his WWE debut last year and quickly charted the list as one of the most beloved characters on WWE TV. Recently, in an interview, the former TNA star gave credit to Roman Reigns for helping him have such a remarkable first year in WWE.
Speaking on the Gorilla Position, Aldis stated that his debut happened as a strict GM. However, his interactions with The Tribal Chief on screen made him cement his character and status. He expressed his gratitude to both Paul Heyman and the Head of the Table for their endorsement of him as a star.
The Roman [Reigns] interaction was a massive, massive thing for me. And, again, pulling back the curtain as much as I'm comfortable doing, I was tremendously grateful to him because, obviously, he's at that level where nothing happens without his go-ahead.Nick Aldis
Further, he revealed that he has learned a lot from both Heyman and Reigns. The Needle Mover has gained a lot of respect from his peers and fans in his amazing run as the Undisputed Champion. Therefore, it is going to be interesting to see the reaction of the fans when he makes his much-awaited comeback.
